动物空间基因组试剂盒是根据DLO Hi-C的原理,设计出来的一款方便实用的建库试剂盒(DLO Hi-C 2.0),在原来实验的基础上进行了优化改良,使实用性更强,操作更加简便。避免page胶的使用,降低操作难度,改进的接头引物,减少了文库扩增时二聚体的产生,大大提高了扩增效率,降低回收纯化的复杂性。
整个实验过程仅需要两天即可得到合格的测序文库,且使用范围广泛,该试剂盒已经成功应用于THP-1人外周的单核细胞系,A549人非小细胞肺泡细胞和口腔上皮等各种细胞系;各种动物组织(脑,肝,肾等)和肿瘤组(宫颈癌,膀胱癌,肝癌等)等等。
